Central House is exceptionally well placed in Bar Harbour with great access to all amenities and a great breakfast is available just one block away. The rooms are old-fashioned but exceptionally well presented and clean with all modern amenities. The porch gives the property amazing curb-side appeal. Would recommend without hesitation.

This was our second time staying at Hanscom’s and we LOVE it!! It’s super dog friendly, cozy, and has everything you need for a relaxing trip! If you stay here, make sure to take advantage of the grill, cornhole, propane fire and regular fire pit that has fire starters, wood and paper to make starting your fire super easy! We plan to make it an annual trip because we love it so much!
