Brand new modern hotel: light wood, well lit hallways, great lighting fixtures and very clean, Location is excellent for wineries, close to Geneva itself. 20 minutes to Geneva on the Lake (though now mostly closed for the season... Beautiful place to stay and feel like home, found this place and never planed to stay at the Riverbend, but the Hotel looked so nice, that we did and drove a bit furhter for Niragar Falls and back. Breakfast is really great! Loved it and to work out and the comfort in the Hotel.

The Hotel was very clean. I arrived after midnight. The reception allowed me to have late check out after 11am. The breakfast was very good Room cleaned with very good space You can do also some Wine tour with pick at the hotel

The staff was exceptional. We will be traveling to the area periodically to take our daughter to Spire and solely due to the way the staff treated us, we decided to always stay at this hotel.

The lady that helped with the food service ! She was exceptional! I was traveling with three little kids by myself for a track meet . I spilled something then I went to clean it up and she said “this is my job, you rest” that really touched me because I was already overwhelmed.

The owners have given lots of thought to their property with really great attention to detail. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, modern, warm, and inviting. Towards the end of our stay, we had a little adverse weather come our way, but the owners couldn't do enough to help us and were really kind and supportive.
