Loved everything- it was modern, really well decorated, with a fireplace. We got the room looking to the wineries so the view was really nice. Bathroom was stunning. Staff was very friendly.

All the staff was very friendly and helped me plan my trip to the wineries. The hotel was throughout clean and very quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

I liked the structure of the common areas, except for the children's pool, which is dirty, has a view of the wall, and has a sad, abandoned atmosphere. In general, the service is poor and they are not friendly with children.

Ideally situated along the Napa River in the Napa wine region, the eco-friendly Westin Verasa boasts gourmet restaurants and an outdoor saltwater pool with panoramic mountain views.

From the date we arrived we have contact the front desk about TV on the bedroom not working. We left the facility still awaiting. Booking. com we paid with breakfast included and for our surprise it has a maximum amount per front desk on the 2nd day -- at checking this was not explain but I show then that in booking.com does not said that we have a maximum amount. This issue was a down side since Booking.com is clear and have all the policies and rules. The facility did not want to call booking sales rep and we have to do all the claim
