The staff went above and beyond to provide an impeccably clean place, incredibly friendly staff and the best Holiday Inn breakfast I've had. I rarely write reviews but this location was truly amazing. I'll go back to Naperville BECAUSE of this hotel. It was that good!

We had a good view, and the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options, the Orange juice is so delicious, and taste ao fresh. You can also get coffee 24/7 next to the front desk. The location is good, and there's a Target right in front, which is very helpful if you're traveling with kids. Just keep in mind that they will charge you a $50 per night deposit for incidentals, which is refunded. This amount is held on your card as a guarantee for any potential damages or extra charges. However, if you're on a tight budget, this could complicate things when it comes to paying. I say this from personal experience, as we planned to stay for three nights but had to reduce it to two because of the hold placed on my card. If I return to Naperville, I would definitely stay here again, but next time I’d love to try the pool and consider booking a larger room, especially for us, as a family of five.
