Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

The hotel was gorgeous, the location- unbeatable, and the breakfast was delicious. And to top it off the staff was wonderful!

The room was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

Good location on the river. Clean room, comfortable bed, great shower, accessible ground floor room with patio. Very good breakfast, polite, helpful staff. All in all an excellent stay.
