Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

The hotel was gorgeous, the location- unbeatable, and the breakfast was delicious. And to top it off the staff was wonderful!

We loved the location. It was perfectly located near all the things we love to do. All of the staff we had contact with at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Room was in excellent condition and very clean. Beds very comfortable and shower was amazing. We enjoyed the bar area and all the seating. We enjoyed the live music.

Clean comfortable and quiet, loved the lazy river and tubes provided, good spot in the middle of pigeon forge, loved having a balcony to sit on. They bought up a luggage rack promptly on request

Clean, lots a good facilities, lots of parking, great staff and obviously well located for Dollywood. They also ran a regular free shuttle to and from Dollywood. The nearby town of Pigeon Forge has lots to do also.
