The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. Lance kindly found us a lovely room away from the noisy road. The room was comfortable, clean and had a little balcony overlooking trees. The bathroom was large, clean and well appointed. They gave us advice on trails to walk, how to get there and places to eat. We can particularly recommend Frankie's Italian in Lenox. Lenox was beautiful, only a short drive away. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, everything you could possibly want. The muffins and pastries were particularly good.

Everything super clean and fresh cozy decor nice breakfast great hospitality Everyone greets you with a smile very positive happy energy here unlike any other chain hotels really comfortable beds and nice view from the rooms .     The breakfast was a good variety - there were cereal, muffins, eggs, bagels, waffles, juices, fruit. There was a dedicated staff member making sure everything was full. We went down the street for dinner to the Roasted Garlic which was a great little spot, helpfully recommended by the hotel staff. We had a suite which was a great fit for our family and everyone had a comfy bed and didn't have to share.

    Location was a bit distant from our chosen destination of Stockbridge, MA, but more affordable. The facility is in need of updating. Carpets throughout need cleaning or replacing, and bathrooms need updating. Staff was very helpful, Grounds were lovely.
