First class service from all the staff from reception, concierge and catering. Phyllis and Aura were very helpful following our initial 2 night stay. They allowed us to upgrade with an ocean front view for a further 2 nights when we elected to extend our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

Reception staff were welcoming and friendly, as was the gentleman behind the bar. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. Location was great for a concert we were attending at Greenfield Lake Amphitheatre.

Absolutely loved this accommodation , felt like a little home away from home, was very relaxing had a great wee feel to the place really cosy with lots of cosy blankets and cushions to cuddle up and watch a movie , loved having the big tv with all the smart apps etc , kitchen well equipped for making meals etc , bedrooms amazing beds and bedding were high quality makes such a difference to your stay , would stay again in a heart beat . Loved ,loved,loved it ! . Also the host was very attentive and helpful.

The location was excellent for walking, biking, and driving to nearby shops and restaurants. The home was clean, decorated beautifully, and comfortable. We loved using the fire pit in the back yard. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

This was an almost perfect stay - the rooms are so spacious and comfortable, well-equipped and very stylish - it feels like a space taken from the pages of a magazine. Whoever styled the rooms has amazing taste. The staff were very helpful in person and kept in regular contact via text as well - even when there wasn't someone obviously available in the property, I knew I could reach someone quickly via the phone. The breakfast was delicious, as was the excellent coffee offered in the morning. The location is also great - it's a quiet street but within minutes of downtown Wilmington - lots of excellent restaurants, cafes, bars, activities and the riverside walk all within 5 - 15 mins walk. We were spoiled during our stay here - it felt very luxurious at a reasonable price. The bathroom also had an amazingly good shower for such an old property - great water pressure!

Loved the location. The hotel was gorgeous with massive rooms overlooking Cape Fear! The free drinks at happy hour were a lovely addition (and very very strong)! We loved Wilmington and this hotel made our stay just perfect!
