Exceptional Host Even before our arrival, Summer offered advice on traveling from Ho Chi Minh City to Ben Tre. She welcomed us warmly, introduced her home and the region, and recommended organized day tours. Renting bikes and motorbikes from her was incredibly convenient. Unforgettable Highlights Our favorite activity was the Tour around the Mekong N2. For about 1,000,000 VND for two, the tour included a boat driver and guide. We explored coconut plantations, local workshops, charming villages, and the Mekong’s canals. The four-hour tour was filled with smiles and unforgettable moments. Comfortable Accommodation Le Mekong Bleu is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. Our air-conditioned room was comfortable, and we loved relaxing in the cozy living room where we played Summer's guitar and chatted with Summer. Delicious Breakfast Breakfast was a delight, especially the noodle soup—it was one of the best we’ve had in South Vietnam! The fresh ingredients and rich flavors made the morning very special while we had a wonderful chat with the other guests. Heartfelt Thanks Thank you, Summer! Our stay in Ben Tre was wonderful thanks to your hospitality, lovely home, and great recommendations. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The owner went above and beyond, arranging a free pickup from the bus and even helping us book our next ride. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We rented a scooter, and the owner gave us fantastic tips on places to visit, making our trip even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming experience!

We enjoyed our stay very much from the beginning until the end. The neighbourhood and the homestay are so peaceful and lovely. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the garden and the food. We did a half day cycling and rowing boat tour and it was simply stunning. Cuong and his mother are super lovely and made us feel like part of the family. We would come back any time (and will soon, hopefully) and can just recommend to everyone reading this to stay here for as long as possible.

i highly reccomend this accomodation. I only stayed one night but if i could atay more i would. The owners were super friendly, very helpful. They had offer us dinner as an addition that was fantastic. The room was excellent. The accomodation is surrounded by nature which is just magestic. We asked the staff that we would like to do a tour in Mekong Delta and rhey had suggested an english speaking guide which was great. Everything was excellent. I couldn't reccomend it more.

For those wanting to have a Mekong delta experience away from tours, this is your place. We caught a bus using Futa bus line, which provided a shuttle bus to and from the property. Our host helped ensure we knew exactly what time to be collected. We arrived early, which wasn't a problem, and were also allowed late checkout. The property is calm and tranquil, right by a branch of the river. Our bungalow was very clean and comfortable. We borrowed bikes on both days to explore the area. On the second day, we got a small ferry over to one of the islands. The property organised a sampan boat ride for us, and we were picked up from the little jetty at the farmstay. We ate meals at the property which you had to book in advance. These were good value and delicious. We would highly recommend this as a great escape from the hustle and bustle of HCM and excellent value for money.

It was a lovely stay. The room is perfect with all that we need (hot shower), kettle, hammock, mosquito net, AC... But most importantly, it was a quiet place, close to the river. You can enjoy the river flow and sunset. The owner is absolutely lovely and can help you for what you want. Thanks again Thu!

The family is so friendly, they can speak english and are available if you need anything. The place is very nice, quite big. The rooms are clean, large, and pretty. You can book a morning boat tour on the mekong river with them. It includes a stop at the brik fatcory, the candy factory and at a local family who make mattresses! Not very expensive and so interesting. You can have dinner and breakfast here, food is homemade, so good and in great quantities aha. I really recommend this place don't hesitate to go if you wanna enjoy ben tre and a nice boat trip!!!
