The room is spacious and clean. My package breakfast included, and it was really delicious. Overall check in is very smooth, payment made after staying.

Cannot fault this stay - incredible location, staff and facilities. I caught buses from Ho Chi Minh City and then a staff member picked me up from the last station. The food was delicious and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Not much English spoken but google translate helped. I borrowed a bike to visit the Cu Chi tunnels. There are plenty of activities on offer at the farm stay as well. I would highly recommend this if stay if you are looking to see some of the Vietnamese countryside and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city

What a lovely place! The generously kind host ("Jane" Nguyen) was helpful, friendly, and very accommodating ... For non-locals, English language was workable (and I think French amongst others) ... Grounds were absolutely beautiful, with plenty of animals from black swans, to white peacocks and more roaming freely ... Pool is massive (saltwater) and clean ... Rooms were large, well kept and comfy ... Only wish we could've stayed longer, and may consider their "off-menu" retirement package in the future! p.s. super-pet friendly

Bao is an excellent host who went out of his way to support us. Thank you for letting us in earlier and staying longer in your apartment. Your friendliness and timely response on request are highly valued. Bao's apartment is a large 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, equipped with all the required facilities such as a fully equipped kitchen and effective air conditioning in all rooms. The washing room with an automatic washing machine and drying lines was a bonus. We liked that the building had a large swimming pool for both adults and children. The apartment is situated on the outskirts of HCMC, which was piecefull without the busy streets of the city. Two nice convenience stores on the premises made the buying of groceries easy. I highly recommend this apartment!

Our host My and her family were fabulous. We had an incredibly relaxed stay in the simple, peaceful and beautiful surroundings at the farm. We loved the animals (pig, dogs, geese, ducks, geckos, frogs, wild birds, fish, and squirrels). Had a great day trip to the nearby Cu chi tunnels and tried to catch some fish. We ran short of time for cycling and visiting the nearby village. We enjoyed great conversations with My about Vietnamese culture, family history and the environment and all our meals provided by My were superb. We hope to return again.
