We chose The Nova because of its reviews on cleanliness, and we were not disappointed. The room is always kept clean, the mattress is new, and the bathroom is always stocked with enough towels and toiletries. However, the room service is a bit slow. The room was very spacious and everything was clean. The breakfast suited our tastes to the point where we thought it was a special menu just for our family. In particular, Lily and Sue were very attentive to any inconveniences and were very friendly. Of all the hotel staff I've ever been to, these two staff were the best. I regretted that the trip was short.
