I had an exceptional stay in this hotel in Hanoi! The apartment was top notch - brand new, spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities you'd need, plus a nice view. The girl at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful and made check-in smooth and easy. It was an excellent experience at a great price. That was the best hotel during our trip. Breakfast was really nice, swimming pool area is lovely and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Our room was excellent , with good furniture, clean bath room and washing machine and tumble dryer

The staff were from the beginning to end absolutely wonderful! Very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean and had spacious rooms. We loved staying there. Only thing is that it is a bit out of the way from central Hanoi but if you need to stay in West Hanoi, this is the best place to be.

Great apartment with washing machine and dryer, bathtub. Everything is very clean and in good condition. The bedroom can be completely darkened with a good curtain. The location of the accommodation is very quiet. The host is really nice and helpful. English is also spoken. There are many restaurants and shops around the accommodation with everything you need. The bus stop to the center is not far away. It is an oasis of calm in the noisy city. You have a lot of privacy. The elevator takes you straight to the roof terrace, which you can actually always enjoy alone. There is as much drinking water as you want from a hot and cold water dispenser in the room. I found that very practical. We stayed there for six nights and I would book the accommodation again at any time without thinking twice.
