Wonderful homestay close to the ban gioc waterfalls. The family is really lovely and the hostess takes good care of you. The food was also delicious! The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and there was warm water.

Location was great and the staff exceptional. With the help of google translate, we were able to organise a driver to take us out for the day to see the wonderful geological sites, all for a reasonable fee. Nothing seems too much for the staff.

The room was perfect, exactly as pictured. Large, incredibly warm, comfortable and clean. Beds were amazing. And the staff so friendly and helpful. Very central with the big market and everything you could need close. Could not rate more highly.

The most amazing accommodation I had a real pleasure to use while my journey to Vietnam! Beautiful 50 years old building with traditional rooms, bamboo walls, vintage decorations and old instruments. Gorgeous flower-full terrace with a view on town below, where we could eat meals, drink coffee or rest after the day full of adventures. If you are looking to taste the true style of Vietnamese home, this should be your first choice. On top of that, I have to say that it was the first time I met such a great and helpful host, who became our guide and friend at the same time, sorting out our problems, ordering special Vietnamese dishes and showing us surrounding areas. There is an option to rent a scooter, which is great, as the nearby attractions are not walking distance away. Strongly recommend this place, if I could give more stars, I would definitely do so!

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the lighting in the room was too bright and white, like in a garage. There was no soap in the bathroom either. The girl at reception didn't speak English, and we only saw her at check-in and check-out. During our stay there was no one at reception, and there was no restaurant service either in the morning or evening. Perhaps our stay coincided with the low tourist season because we didn't see any other guests and seemed like a very lonely place, especially at night. Furthermore, we weren't offered any tours to see the farm or anything. Also, after having been there, a week later they cancelled our stay on Booking, as if we hadn't shown up. This is not the first place in Vietnam where we have experienced that they cancel our stay on Booking even when we have actually stayed at the hotel.

Thuy was great. She helped out with advice on what to visit, where to eat, bus bookings and many random questions. We were able to rent a scooter direct which was perfect. The homestay is very clean with great showers & aircon. Great beds and its quiet as it is on the edge of town. We slept very well here. Its a really interesting town with a good vibe, a great market & lots of trees. "Almost" on an island.... So quite different to most other towns we visited and not at all touristy. We spent a day riding in the countryside.... Went to the Ban Gioc waterfall. Great ride but very touristy. The Gods Eye was a standout as very low key, stunning scenery - take a picnic and spend a few hours here! Thank you Thuy!
