Clean and comfortable stay which was walking distance to the border. Friendly and welcoming staff. During my stay there was very heavy rain from the remnants of a typhoon so I was grateful that they have a restaurant onsite which serves fresh and tasty food. Amazing views from the high floors.

Our stay at this hotel was only for one night and we found the hotel very good. The bed was not hard and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and tried to answer all of our questions. We had a very nice room with a great view over the river.

The hotel staff, especially one woman in particular who could speak English, helped us a lot and were always friendly and polite. They even called the bus driver for the van we had arranged to pick us up at a nearby station instead of us having to travel an hour to get to where the original pick-up was in Sapa. We were frazzled after crossing the border from China so was relieved this hotel was a ten-minute drive from the border.
