Doris Cruise truly was value for money, the cruise was new, clean, and very spacious for a good recharge. The servive was exceptional - especially Brian who always served us with a grin and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had a 3 Day cruise to Ha Long Bay, it was great! I would highly recommend vega travel. We experienced a remote Ha Long Bay cruise, away from the other big boats. They have great food on the boat, nice cabins and staff were attentive & good humored. Our guide Dem was friendly, funny and made sure we didn’t miss any of the best sights.

We are so grateful to meet Nevil and his boss. Even before our arrival, Nevil contacted us and helped organize everything perfectly. When we arrived early in the morning, he immediately provided us with a comfortable room and even offered us a free breakfast. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather (a typhoon), we had to leave the island without spending the night we had booked. Nevil and his boss went above and beyond: they arranged free cancellation for our room, personally helped us manage the situation, and even organized a taxi back to Hanoi. On top of that, they offered us coffee and beer to make everything easier and more pleasant. We are truly thankful to have met such kind and generous people.

The cruise was absolutely fantastic — it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped on board, we were treated like royalty. Every detail was perfectly taken care of. We stayed one night and truly loved every moment. The excursions were amazing and flawlessly organized, and the scenery was simply breathtaking. The boat itself was beautiful and modern, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. We were a bit worried about crowds in Ha Long Bay, but the cruise took us to stunning, quieter spots. We highly recommend this experience to everyone!

Breakfast was fine with the omelet. Brunch and lunch had plentiful choices. We appreciated the pho. Dinner is western style with a touch of Vietnamese pan fried fish made more tasty with fish sauce, lime, fresh chilis, and herbs. Our suite had a great panoramic view and shower facilities functioned well...we probably should have tried the jacuzzi stand alone tub (it looked very inviting) but did not want to take extra time in tub. The staff could not have been more friendly and efficient. I am especially appreciative of Andy, the operator, who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our experience was superb. He also made arrangements for our transfer to Sapa in a private car. We did want to experience the limo bus heading back to Hanoi so he arranged that as well. Note the bus goes only to the bus station and not to our hotel, but Andy arranged for our short transfer from the station to the hotel with a Grab car. Lee, the cruise manager, ensured everything went off without a hitch (cannot be easy keeping everyone together and on time). Apologies to the young woman who was the cruise organizer (we forgot to note her name), but she was very helpful throughout. We took the 3D2N cruise and was sad to leave such a friendly and warm ambience. The views were absolutely spectacular as we had a wonderful sunny day on the second day. Ship overall had modern facilities and does reflect the luxury for which the cruise is offering as a brand.
