Lovely staff, very polite and helpful. Room was clean and well soundproofed despite being close to the street. Perfect place to rest before an early morning flight. 5 minutes from the airport and they offer free airport shuttle service at any time. Well worth the price! Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at An Nguyen Lakeside Residence. I wouldn’t book anywhere else in Hanoi! It’s in a quiet area right on the riverside with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Old Town is only a $2 Grab ride away. We stayed in Old Town before here and much preferred this location as our own oasis from the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and modern. We also loved the staff, the women at the front desk were so friendly and happy to provide any and all recommendations. The daily salted coffee is a must! It truly exceeded our expectations and the price for the quality of this accomodation is second to none.

Perfect choice for a good night's sleep before a morning flight at Noi Bai. Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are big, tidy and have all necessary amenities! Mr. Hung at reception desk took me to the airport in the morning and was extremely affable. Ride to airport takes 5 minutes by car.

Staying with Huong and his beautiful family was one of our best experience in Vietnam. They are such beautiful people with a kind heart, welcoming, friendly, … Huong was more than happy to help us organise our day, he shared a lot of tips and "Must Do" in Hanoï and also shared some local delicious food :D They live in a authentic village 30 minutes away from the busy Town center and they offer us to use their scooter everywhere we wanted to go!
