The location 20min outside of Sapa town was beautiful. Surelee and her family so welcoming, the beds were comfortable, the whole place clean even though there are only 2 shared shower and toilets. The meals were tasty and good portions and the guides Surelee organised for the hikes were great. Relaxing on the verandah watching local life around you was perfect. Loved it here!

Super clean, comfortable hotel and very kind staff. All of the hotel staff helped us very kindly and efficiently in booking tickets to Fan xi pan summit, recommendation to village visits. Thanks to their very efficiently support we managed to received a passport that one of us forgot in the hotel. Ms Hong very carefully packed the passport and found a good transport company that delivered it in Hanoi at midnight the same day, just before our departure to Ha Long early morning.

This is one of the best hotel (palace) where I stayed. All is perfect. The location, the design, the decoration, the room, the view and with a very professional staff. A bit very good surprise. Even Metropole in Hanoi is less of quality !!! Thanks for that great moment.

The room - clean and spacious. The view from our room is really breathtaking we can see the Sapa Centre in the clouds ^^ Staff - really nice and always ready for any assistance. Special thank you to Trang (Front Office) for her excellent hospitality and service during our stay. Breakfast - Nothing to complain about, I love their porridge there.
