Great location and helpful staff. It was the first time I visited Phu Quy Island and I really had a wonderful experience. The hotel is about 200m from the port but they are very supportive to pick up and send off us to the port. I guess they do the same with all customers. The staff also gave useful recommendations of places to visit, restaurants to eat...and provided all needed information. It's definitely pleasant to spend the time there.

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful! As there is no grab on the island we had to rent a bike with did not have space for our luggage. The staff helped drive the luggage back to the dock.
