Everything on this trip was perfect. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were incredible and I've never slept in such a massive super king bed. The meals were really tasty and breakfast was always a morning highlight. The views were like in a movie and I highly recommend booking the bungalow suite.

Everything was great, the family who run the homestay were all so friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable with a great warm blanket for the cold weather! The traditional group dinner was amazing, so much food and all so tasty, plenty for vegetarians too! Highly recommend coming here if you're in Sapa😃

The hotel is very clean, very helpful staff and excellent service. I especially want to mention the wonderful job which miss Mi did in organizing all our requests, including helping us send our luggage to the bus when we were running late. Thank you again. We wouldn't have done it without her. The hotel also gave us water and cakes on the way, which is very nice.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life. It's just AMAZING. Very very beautiful, conveniently located in centre of Sapa, easily accessible. The swimming pool was very pretty (and warm). All the decorations were very cute and classy. It was the only hotel in Sapa where I did not feel cold at all (I stayed in 3 different hotels), thanks to the central heating, I guess. The staff were super nice and helpful, spoke good English, treated me like a princess (I am a solo traveller). If you have the money, stay at this hotel for your last day in Sapa (just stay in the hotel so you can get the most out of it after you're done exploring Sapa). It's totally worth the price, trust me. Greetings to the receptionist lady who wore the infinity-shaped necklace and the bell guy with cute dimples who helped me take my luggage and brought me more bottles of water. Love it!!

I have chosen the lake view room, it is as beautiful as it is. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was wholesome, staff are helpful as most of them are fluent in English (which quite rare in Sapa). Hot showers, heat conditioners, complimentary snacks, and water are all provided. Mr Kim, the manager/owner, is very helpful with everything, including recommending the best food in Sapa.
