The receptionist staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped accommadate my schedule and let me leave my luggage with the hotel and allowed me to check in early. The hotel is new. The room is clean and spacious. Location is located in the city center, so it was only a few minutes away from restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when i am in Pleiku Vietnam. I highly reccomend this hotel.

Great hotel at a super price. Spacious room with en-suite bathroom and hot shower. Very friendly owner. Lake view terraces in a very quiet location but very close to everything. The owner, Tinh, was super helpful with recommendations for dinner places as well as things to do in the area. He has both bicycles and scooters for rent. He was very friendly and his two dogs are so sweet and playful. I really enjoyed my stay here.
