I took my partner on vacation after a tiring period and had moments of comfortable relaxation at Eco Puluong - a wonderful resort with the scenery and people here. staffs are friendly and enthusiastic. My stay at Pu Luong Retreat has satisfied me Beyond any expectation. A special praise goes to the staff of the hotel, which first welcomed in Pu Luong and gave me so many tips on the area, on what to do and how to move through the enchanting beauty of this exotic landscape. Each member of the staff has been kind, professional and dedicated giving special attention to me as well as to each of the guests. The room was clean and beautifully furnished, not to mention the view of the blue mountains standing in the horizon surrounding the greenest rice fields and rice terraces. The breakfast has a wide choice of food, varying from the continental one to the vietnamese specialties. I booked a one day trekking of more than 14 km visiting the enchanting Kho Muong village and its mysterious cave, here I had an abundant, tasty lunch at a homestay, then me and the guide walked all through the Natural Reserve to get to the Thai Village of Uoi Lan Where i experienced the local art of making brocade textiles. ialso had the chance to experience a moment of bliss with a great energizing and yet relaxing massage at the Retreat Spa Just before leaving to Hanoi. Pu Luong Retreat was so pleasant i would recommend it to anyone.

The staff and mainly Nhi were amazing. As soon as we arrived Nhi welcomed us with smiling face and prepared us a lovely welcoming drink. After we had a problem with the booking she upgraded us so to a better room. She made us feel like home and just took care of everything we need!! Just an amazing personality! Helped us with tour and things to see and explained about the area and local foods. She is just stunning!! I don’t need to tell more about the room and the view from the hotel restaurant. I think that the pictures says it all.

The views from the room across to the mountains were breathtaking. You're surrounded by greenery. It's a brand new property that's only been open for a couple of months, as such there were a few teething problems but nothing the incredibly helpful staff couldn't assist with. Ms Senna and Ms Marie helped organise everything from changing flights to arranging drivers to discovering the local towns. Towels luxurious, restaurant food exceptional and the setting stunning. We finished a perfect day with a foot massage from the lovely ladies in the spa.
