The owner really taking good care of us by allowed us left our backpack at the homestay early in the morning (arrived around 7am) & refreshen up ourselves there where you can use their bathroom with good shower. Love the spacious & clean room. Got our breakfast at their restaurant & highly resommended!

As we arrived at the early morning with an exhausted body, David(the young boy on the overnight shift) upgraded us to a very spacious room at a very attractive add-on price as well as check in immediately, so we take a nap before our sightseeing. All staff are helpful and attentive even not proficiency in English.

This is the most luxurious hotel in Sapa, located in very city centre, which makes him very convenient. Staff is very professional, always helpful. Rooms are big, clean and tidy. Reach breakfast with different options. SPA is also included in the price, but you need to book it at least 30 min in advance. If you are planning to go to Fansipan mountain, i highly recommend purchase tickets via hotel, it will gives you WOW passes, which allows you go with no queues to the funicular and cable car.

Really nice hotel, with nice people, well placed near to the lake but without having all the noise and lights from SaPa center. The breakfast is really good and varied with a nice terrace. The owner is also really nice, our room has been upgraded, and the last day, even after the check iut, he has let us take a shower after our hiking day before we take the bus. 10/10

The hotel is so clean, beds were comfy and spacious. We booked into the spa and had a lovely experience with us being provided with a discount on our treatments. The staff were so helpful, the receptionist Mr. OK provided us with complimentary breakfast when we checked in for the following morning. Stunning view of the mountains from the rooftop bar. Location was good only a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants and a 10/15 minute walk to the main street. Staff provided us with a handmade bag as a leaving gift upon checkout. Highly recommend staying here!

    Mrs. Co and her children were wonderful hosts. We did an amazing hike with a guide were we learnt a lot about Hmong culture and had breath-taking views over the landscape of Sa Pa. Mrs. Co‘s hospitality cannot be described in words, you have to experience it. We truly felt like family the minute we arrived. It was an unique and authentic experience!

    The views are wonderful. Great breakfast spread. Convenient access to town from 15th floor (5 minute walk) and towards the end of town where walking trails start. Our room on 15th floor was great with young child as could use baby monitor but go out into the lounge and coffee bar and read when she slept. Also convenient for the kids' playroom.
