I had a great time at the Victor Gallery Hotel in Hanoi, staying a few nights there. The hotel is clean, with plenty of quiet space. I was impressed by the staff who are friendly and always smiling. In particular Kim chi from the customer service front desk was really helpful and always greeted me "xin chao" every time we interacted. I really enjoyed talking with her and she helped me out booking some tours. Thank you for the good service. I will visit again.
