I had a truly memorable stay at Cọ Retreat. The location is remote but incredibly peaceful – surrounded by mountains, forests, and overlooking the Da River. Gia Trang Heian Hoa Binh is truly an ideal resort, peaceful and relaxing in the middle of nature. My room has a very nice balcony, it looks straight to the river or a lake, I'm not sure but the receptionist here said it was Hoa Binh Lake or Da River. My room is very new, clean, fully equipped with the amenities I need. I tried the grilled fish here, all were delicious and fresh. The receptionist is very enthusiastic, thoughtful, always ready for me during my stay here. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty with quality service. I will definitely come back next time!

The staff were very smiley and incredibly helpful. The hotel has great facilities, lots of places to chill and the bed was very comfortable. I like the Hotel brand so much that I booked to stay 3 nights in their Hanoi Hotel.

We arrived as family of four with two bicycle and two children after dark and were immediately helped with all our luggage etc. In general, The personell was extremely helpful and nice to all of us. But exceptional was Mr. Xuan Long, who drove us around in the park and took care of us. He has an exceptional voice too and is a star singer. Thank you!!! The Meddom park was a new experience for us, the park is nicely set up with love in the detail. The room was small but had everything necessary. We felt comfortable and well remember our time in Meddom park and would like to come again. Thank you very much!

We visited Halo Retreat while touring Vietnam on our motorcycles. We had a fantastic stay and are very grateful to our host who guided us to a mechanic to fix an issue with one of our bikes. Our room was clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable, the evening meal we had was delicious and I have high praise for our friendly and helpful hosts. I also enjoyed the location, which was peaceful and close to nature. Many thanks for a rememberable stay.

Calm, peaceful place, away from the noise of the capital. Super-friendly hosts who make you feel at home. Great swimming pool and sunbathing area, available even in winter. Amazing view from the balcony. I have learnt a lot of Vietnamese words from the hosts' little daughter. She also taught me how to draw flowers in a Vietnamese way, as well as a heart which she calls the "I LOVE YOU" sign.
