The hotel is the best among our all of our staying places in Hue city. Located in a convenient position, steps to the center, to the riverside, to restaurants, markets, and so on. We got beautiful rooms with gorgeous view looking to the river and Truong Tien bridge. The bridge got splendid during the evening when it is lit up in diverse different colours every few minutes. The break fast is good with both Vietnamese and Western options.

We had an amazing stay! The breakfast was brutally good — fresh, flavorful, and plentiful, easily one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore everything on foot. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure wr felt welcome and taken care of. On top of that, the rooms were very nice and comfortable, offering a perfect balance of style and coziness. Overall, it was a fantastic experience — I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

Everything from the facilities, cleanliness and location was excellent. Special mention must be made to the staff who were tremendously pleasant, helpful and polite during my stay. Huong, Grang, Ngoc, Hoai and Tuyen were all wonderful at reception. The staff on the high floor restaurant were also so friendly and helpful.

This is the SWEETEST place ever! They gave me an early check-in, a free upgrade (without even asking for it!), a great price for a local sightseeing tour (less than half of what you’d find on Klook etc). The day I checked out, my train onward was late evening. They allowed me a shower and a nap on the couch to shave off some exhaustion from the excursions of the day.

The hotel is really fantastic, the gardens and surrounding are very nicely done. The pool is amazing and, without any doubts, the breakfast is the best we have ever had (not only in Vietnam). We also enjoyed very much the spa and massages.

I was only able to stay at this hotel for one night due to my own poor planning, but I really wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms were clean, modern, and had all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is also in a super convenient location, surrounded by great coffee shops and just a short walk to the Perfume River. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk team, especially Lâm and N.Anh. From check-in to check-out, Lâm and N.Anh were warm, attentive, genuinely so helpful and very patient with my many questions! They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Even though my stay was so short, they made it feel personal and welcoming. You can tell the staff here really do care about guests having a comfortable, seamless experience, and I really appreciated that. I’ll definitely be back here for a longer stay in Hue, and I hope the hotel knows what a gem they have in their staff!!
