Beautiful setting - sometimes big resorts or hotels can feel impersonal but this one was the opposite. All the staff were lovely and very helpful with the mountain of questions I had to ask. The spa is amazing - I basically had it to myself when I went and I had an amazing treatment. The location is perfect and they will take you anywhere around in the buggies. Perfectly placed to go up the mountain. The food was delicious and room service to late into the night.

Very stylish room with a balcony and view that can’t be beat. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. We wanted for nothing during our stay the staff were incredibly attentive. Of particular note were Andrew and Henry who were engaging, charming, and super attentive. Lily and her team at the spa made us feel so relaxed and pampered. Ken the tour manager was attentive and professional at all times. Thank you to you all for an unforgettable stay.

Our guide was amazing ! As he said : no pain no gain ! We were lucky to be only 4 in our group. We hesitate first between staying 1 or 2 nights and we stayed 2 nights. That was 100000 times better. Having just 1 night looks like you have to rush to do the activities. We did some bikes, hike, canoe and squid fishing.

We were in the Vip room, it was fantastic. Expensive but great. I recommand. We had to go to Cat ba after, they arrange a boat for us to go there. Excellent service. The waitress Cheese was very nice.

I had a wonderful experience on this cruise! The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to the person responsible for the entertainment and daily program – he did a fantastic job making sure there was always something fun and engaging to do.
