The hotel was really nice, the room super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were unbelievable, each and everything of them. Very nice and welcoming. Helpes us with everything we needed. They upgraded us to better room as we arrived.Really amazing team. We enjoyed every one of them. Great motorbikes service. Walking distance to the beach.

I have been on Peony cruises twice. Once in 2019 and once in 2023. Both times the service was exceptional. The staff is by far the best you will get on any cruise or trip. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, comfortable and informed. Rooms are clean, big and you’ll have a balconh with an amazing view of Halong Bay. A big plus on this trip is that they look after everyone, whether you are a teen or elder. When you are not confortable kayaking, they have something else ready, or when someone cant ride a bike theres always a buggy. On this trip you will never be bored. Entertainment is ready from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

As Ha Long Bay becomes increasingly crowded — with ports overflowing with tourists and caves packed to the point where there's barely space to walk and the main route is jammed with Cruises and Boats...

The boat was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The cabins were so comfortable and the whole of one wall was glass as was the shower so you could shower watching the world go by. The food was lovely and all of the staff were fantastic, happy and always smiling. Our guide was Binh and he looked after us so well and explained many things from the geography through to culture. We took part in all of the activities: Kayaking, trekking and cycling. The bike ride through the valley on the last morning was very enjoyable. As many others have said already you should go for the 2 nights if budget and time allows. Cruising through the limestone karsts is simply stunning. Unicharm takes you to the south of Cat Ba Island away from other cruise boats so you experience true tranquility. We slept with the curtains open so the first thing we saw in the morning was the stunning view. The sunset was pretty spectacular too.

Ah what not to like about the Dora Cruise! We had an amazing two night stay at this cruise and we had the best time! The staff was extremely friendly and very service-oriented, always trying to help or to see what was needed. The activities outside the ship were fine, but if I'm reviewing the cruise experience itself, I can't help but to give it 5 stars! The room was amazing, the beds were extremely comfortable and having a balcony to enjoy the Halong views was incredible. The room featured both a shower and a bathtub and all in all, everything felt luxurious in an effortless way, and our room was one of the cheapest ones. It had a decently equipped mini gym to do some quick workouts, which I enjoyed. The food, oh man, the food. Basically everything was delicious and there was always something that I loved, in every single meal. They fed us the whole day and every time it was really good. The night entertainment was very cool and the karaoke sessions were sensational because they let us play whatever we wanted. Shout to Bruce Panda and Tiger and the rest of the team for the amazing time, I would highly recommend this cruise and would love to come back!
