Everything came with ease. We did a self check-in as we arrived at night, the instructions received were very clear. The cottage was super clean, all the items we needed were provided, from kitchen equipment to utensils, a clear definition of a self catering cottage. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well sized not to mention the bed, it was soooo comfortable I could've spent the whole weekend in bed if I didn't have activities booked. Situated in a peaceful area with ease of access to shopping centers, doctors, etc. Bergdale Cottages deserves more than 10 stars in my opinion, everything was on point.

Beautiful breakfast in a lush outdoor setting We were treated unbelievable well by Tinus(the host and his wife) Faultless! We were picked up as we had no transport dropped off again ,so far above what should be expected.Honestly the best stay I have Hay at a location in all my years of travel .My family thanks you so much for a memorable stay ❤️

Great African style house with a massive veranda and barbeque place . Spotless clean, very spacious !!! Bedroom at the top amazing with own bathroom and own veranda. Layout of the house great. Great even for 3 couples as nicely seperated areas.Three bathrooms also great. House nicer than on the photos ! Great hiking trail on the Estate . Hippo pool with hide very beautiful. Good security. Restaurant with good food and very convenient. Big pools. One Pool close to this house just up the road. Shopping centre just 2 min drive away. Kruger entrance Phabeni 13 km away. Communication with owner very good.
