We were upgraded free of charge to the Royal Guest House due to a party happening at Seaview Executive. The staff were concerned that we may be discharged and upgraded us to another their other branch. Owner of the guesthouse greeted us and was friendly. The staff was really accommodating.

The location is great, with easy access to local attractions. The garden (with swimming pool) is really beautiful and would have been a great place to relax if I'd had more time. The accommodation is clean, very comfortable and well equipped, and the hosts welcoming and helpful.

The place was clean; even though we were late (8PM), we got the necessary support to allow us to check in. The number of the establishment is answered promptly. Due to load shedding, we could only get it via WhatsApp call. The place even had sufficient power provision though load shedding. The staff is friendly and goes out of its way to assist when requested, e.g., with ironing of clothes.
