Everything! Immaculately clean, total luxury right and attention to detail; from the welcome at the reception, escort to the apartment! The rooms are spacious, elegant and calming decor, furnished and provided with all required for a home away from home and more! The bathrooms are well equipped with everything- clean white robes, towels etc! I could go on and on! The customer service and front desk is at “always available” on any information on the restaurant and assistance required! The entire estate is a holiday resort with all required!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very comfortable and super clean, with everything well prepared for guests. I especially appreciated the clear and polite instructions I received upon arrival, which was late at night after my long journey from Tanzania. The host made me feel very welcomed, and the check-in was smooth and stress-free. Overall, the apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly what I needed. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

This time around I came with a friend and it was nice to see her excitement and appreciation of the place. She also looved the breakfast hamper. Kyalami is always clean, secure and homely. This time around I was impressed by the provision of the security code for letting yourself in for check in and for any of your guests if need be. Quite convenient.

Oh I loved the place, infact my family loved the place. The host was very thoughtful, she thought of absolutely everything that you might need during your stay. Property is as advertised, comfortable; pristine and in a beautiful environment. Minute walk to Mall of Africa. Have a bite in the beautiful Olive and Plates restaurant within the apartment block.     I thoroughly enjoyed my stay it was absolutely comfortable, and the cleanliness is on point! It has everything you require. I stayed a week with kids, and the host was more than accommodating. I loved the fact that it's central and very safe. I was even more surprised with the complimentaries that were supplied for my family and I to enjoy. We most definitely will be back!
