Richard, Brophy, and Faith are incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming hosts.  They did everything possible to make my stay as comfortable as possible.  They provided a backup battery during a power outage and even gave me a ride to the airport late at night.  The Guest Rooms are located not far to the airport and within walking distance of a shopping mall.  The house is cozy and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.  I highly recommend this place!

I spent 7 days at this property with my family, I was impressed to find such kind of place at this price. The master bedroom is too big with a wardrobe, 2 visitors bedroom and bathrooms. Kitchen as at home,amazing leaving and dining room at furniture.A power backup in place 27/7. A starlink free WiFi that my children enjoyed with online games. The workers were very kind and respectful. I strongly recommend this place, and it will be my place for my next visit in lusaka

While the location is out of the city it is very quiet and very well presented and has a very secure yard. The host is just amazing and everything here you need to make your stay memorable. Air- conditioned Living areas, master bed with well equipped kitchen, huge laundry with washing machine and dryer, works when power on, back up power for lights and TV Also has optional gas when power off as well. Rooms are very spacious and the landscaped yards make it a great place for the morning song birds to tweet their wakeup calls. I have tried a few villas this one is on the top of the list. Just make sure you grab your groceries as nearest shopping centre about 10-15mins away.. All in all 10/10 stay.

Everything about the place was excellent!!! The manager & administrator were always ready to help with whatever we needed. The guard's & cleaners were amazing,always had a smile on their faces. NEVER felt the pain of the load shedding,the solar back up & genset were always on standby. Definitely going there again when next we are in Lusaka. Truly a HOME AWAY FROM HOME
