Jake, the host was very sweet, welcoming and knowledgeable about the place and its history. He took care of our every need with perfection and also showed us the surrounding Islands and waterfall. The stay exceeded my expectations in all manner. The Sauna was the highlight for us.

Friendly hosts and clean rooms.

It boasts the largest day spa in Sydney, plus an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. The place was brilliant. My boys were so sad to leave. They catered so well to families from the location of the room, the friendly staff, the heated indoor pool and even a kids game room! The highlight was definitely the buffet breakfast that we all looked forward to daily. The beds were comfortable and the pictures of the rooms do not do their size justice. I also appreciated the teams excellent communication. All email queries were responded to so promptly! On our day of check in there had been a storm and we got a courtesy call to let us know the power was out awaiting to be fixed (thankfully all sorted by the time we arrived). Sydney Airport is a 55-minute drive away. Family room was spacious, clean & modern. Beds were comfortable and the air-conditioner worked a treat.
