Everything was great: the location, the friendly staff, the air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed, sea view, built-in speaker that can be connected via Wi-Fi, smart TV, and most importantly, it was clean! Daily cleaning and fresh towels every day.

The room was very tastefully decorated (and large). The hosts were always around and extremely helpful and kind. The whole atmosphere/experience made us feel like living in a good friend's mansion (I wish we had such friends...) rather than in a hotel. We are definitely coming back!

The hotel is well situated, has friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The terrace is nice and spacious, the rooms are big enough with good beds, enough pillows and a large bathroom. Well thought about are the motion detection small lights under the bed and near the toilet so you dont have to light up the whole room when you go to the toilet at night.

This 5 star superior hotel is located in a unique 15th-century former ducal palace in Bruges and only 280 metres from the Markt. Beautiful property. Perfect location close to shops and sites. Friendly and helpful staff.

Located in the centre of Bruges within walking distance of Market Square, Hotel Adornes benefits from a unique view over the canals. Great that they have lots of bicycles to use. The breakfast was nice. The staff very very friendly. Thank you for a memorable experience !

What's more rare is that an elder brother of the hotel waited for me to check in at 11 o'clock in the evening. Every employee was very friendly and helped me arrange the family room together and added a bed for my daughter! I decided to stay one more day because the hotel staff gave me such a good feeling!
