Staff was friendly and accommodating for us coming in at a later hour and allowing us to park. Since we had a rental car it was not an issue to not be walking distance into the historic center. I wish we could have stayed here longer! One of the best places we’ve stayed at in a while.

This room was what I expected for this hotel. I was concerned when I couldn't bolt the door from the inside, though. Called the front desk and they sent someone right up. They also had to fix the curtain that got stuck in the balcony door, but they quickly took care of it. This was nicer than the 5 star hotel I stayed in!

It has a piano bar with karaoke and its own winery. The spa is very good. I like very much the outside swimming poll. There is a big choice of spa facilities, including for children. The dinner and the breakfast were very good too.

A children’s playground is provided on site. Meeting facilities are also available and shuttle services can be arranged upon request and at a surcharge. It is amazing for kids. Our kids had lots of fun and we did too, seeing how happy they were. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is friendly and the facilities are really good. We will definitely be coming back.
