Everything was perfect Location was excellent , room was clean and comfort, staff were very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and professional ( speaking English fluently),, i felt like I was in my home, i loved the way they were treat guests and how they were contact with me before i arrived and sent me the details about everything i need for my trip, specially the lady at reception , her name is ( kandies ) - i hope i write her name correctly - they gave love and care to me , l loved the note which they gave me the night before i left the hotel, they are super nice ❤️ For sure I will book this hotel any time I come to visit Beijing .

The place is clean and comfortable and easy to reach from the airport .They also provided a cheap taxi service and breakfast. Highly recommend this place .

The service provided by the staff was extraordinary — truly “wow.” Everything felt super personalized and completely natural, not forced at all. They even adjusted the menu to accommodate my seafood allergy, making sure I could enjoy safe and delicious meals throughout my stay. The facilities are beautifully renovated, and the location on Ghost Street is perfect for evening walks. Even though the hotel is on a small street off the main road, it still felt completely safe.
