Parking is free. breakfast was good, service was good, the location was not that convenient, but it's by the river, the view was good.

I was in 5030 and the hallway was cold. I hate CNN but I know you probably get it for free. Shower was excellent. I liked the shades.

The accommodation offers room service, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. Where to start?! We love the Top Zero hotel! The star gazing deck was wonderful (for sunrise and star gazing) and the hotel was tastefully decorated. There is an air of calm when you enter the hotel and it is definitely worth getting the larger room with the mountain view. Alex and his team were so lovely and helpful. We had issues with payment and they were very accommodating. Alex’s English is excellent and he was very knowledgable about the area. The Chinese style breakfast was freshly made and lots to choose from and we were even provided with some complimentary nourishing Chinese bean soup in the evening! Refreshing tea was served in the lobby. The cherry on top were the Tai Chi lessons, morning and evening which were included. I believe they also held tea tasting and calligraphy sessions too. The hotel is very much a retreat and we are definitely planning on returning.

A bit far from city center but easy to access through metro/taxi. The room view was wonderful! The air conditioning was not able to cool down the room but the staff helped us by opening the window. Very nice stay!

Rooms are fitted with a patio with mountain views. Allen and his wife were the perfect hosts...very accommodating and helpful. The Grand Canyon was in front and the cable car and escalator could be seen from the hotel. We also had dinner...homegrown vegetables!
