During my last few days, they also helped me to book a train ticket going to Xiamen for my next destination. The secret of a genuine service is the heart and the willingness to help others and for me they were very much willing to help in all aspects. Great hotel, very beautiful with Chinese traditional architecture and landscaping. Great service, the hotel staffs are very professional and helpful. I strongly recommended.

Although this hotel is small, the location is excellent for everything you might want to do in the city - eating, shopping, site seeing. The staff, though only Chinese speaking, are all friendly and helpful and enthusiastic. The facilities and rooms are new and clean. Everything works. They have provided charging cables beside the bed. The TV is gigantic. The toilet and shower are smart. They have all the toiletries you need plus a few more. There was even a massage chair in the room. There is always water and tea and some snacks at the lobby the whole day. The breakfast is mainly Chinese that is well-prepared, but bread and butter and jam are also available. There is a small gym, and laundry room with a dryer but I didn't get to use it. This is an excellent hotel and really good value for the rate. The only caveat is that the staff don't speak any English. We managed because my husband speaks a little bit of Chinese. I say this as information and not a disadvantage. This town is still relatively for local tourists so I do understand why they don't have English speaking staff yet.
