Located 100 metres from the beach, Hotel Irotama Lago offers on-site marine activities, 3 outdoor swimming pools and a spa and fitness centre. WiFi is available. Activities for children are organised.... The room was spacious, and the amenities as well very good. There are a lot of activities available at the hotel, the breakfast is really good and everyone is nice and supportive. Customer care is something that is working perfectly in Colombia. :) The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the pool areas are also nice.

The last year I went with my family and It was really good. Then I came back this year. I love that the people is very kind and warm. The place is close to the airport, it's nice and you feel secure. The beach is only few steps from the hotel, with a calm and wonderful sea. I enjoy the food from the hotel's restaurant. For me is important not only a tasteful food, but also well prepared. The menu offers several options. I recommend it. Also the breakfast is super!. The pool after a day in the beach is great. The hotel's personal call you by name, and they are always with a smile. I hope to come back again with my family the next year.

We arrived late afternoon which meant our room was ready straight away. The hotel were helpful in advance letting us of the park entrance ticket booth closing time which meant we arrived before closing time (5pm). The hotel is beautiful, the views are fantastic and the sky was clear both nights we were there which meant we could stargaze from our terrace. It was super quiet and peaceful. Right by one of the main entrances to the park, easy to find and very easy to start our hike into the park early in the morning. They have a pingpong table and board games in the dining room which were fun to play in the evenings too. We will be back!

All the facilities were spotless, the staff were super friendly and last but no less, Moscow the dog at the hotel was the most cute and friendly dog-host I ever seen.

It is pricy but for Tayrona the best option if you're looking for a bit more comfort. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor bathroom is amazing and the location of the accommodation is great as it is just outside La Piscina where you can swim. There is restaurant with friendly staff though the food is a bit basic but has enough good options for a one night stay. Since its the only accommodation directly at La Piscina it becomes nice and quiet in the afternoon and in the morning before the daytrip people come. Would definitely recommend.
