I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Bucaramanga. The location is unbeatable—everything you need is just steps away, including banks, pharmacies, clinics, shopping stores, and a great variety of restaurants. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The customer service was excellent, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility, which made the stay feel comfortable and safe. Speaking of safety, the secure entry system added an extra layer of peace of mind. One of the highlights was the breakfast—delicious, varied, and well-prepared, a perfect way to start the day.

Easy to do the Check in, staff very friendly as well as at the restaurant and pool area. They were able to speak in English with my partner.

Ma Luisa, Silvia and Jorge made our stay incredible. The homemade food was delicious. The view of Chicamocha canyon is outstanding and the birds flying around is a plus. We will definitely come back!

Lovely courtyard and dining area, the cooked breakfast was A++ we loved it.. eggs included! • Location: very convenient, quiet, safe, and close to everything • Comfort: Big comfy bed, raining shower, great fan provided for cooling, cabinets and wardrobe space, openable window to courtyard! • Amazing value for money Would defo stay again

We had a great stay at Hermoso Apartment. The place itself was clean, bright and offered a good view of the mountains! It had all what we needed for a comfortable stay, including own parking. We didn’t have time to use the amenities on the top floor (swimming pool, sauna etc.) but they looked amazing and offered also a great view. From booking to checking out, the process was easy and quick and Olibeth, the owner, was very prompt at communicating. Thanks Olibeth for a great stay. We would definitely consider coming back!

La maison traditionnelle est située en pleine nature. Le calme règne aux alentours, ni musique, ni circulation. L’intérieur comme l’extérieur sont beaux et propres. L’hote est très agréable et réactif en cas de problème et il parle anglais. Sa fille, Emma, est très mignonne et la dame qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner est très serviable et souriante. Le petit déjeuner pris dans la grande salle est bon. La météo ne nous a pas permis d’essayer la piscine. Les villages touristiques sont très accessibles. Il est possible de payer par carte de crédit. La voiture ou le taxi sont indispensable pour rejoindre la maison.

Jair and co do an excellent job in running the hostel. They were able to help us book quite a few activities and they were very communicative - such as whatsapping me the following day's pick up time as soon as it was confirmed.
