Nice location, very quiet area, fantastic view, nice decor of common areas. Small but nice spa, with terrace and small pond. Friendly and attentive personnel, especially Tomas from reception and Tomas from bar and sauna master.

Guests have access to a paid wellness centre Luxury Island Spa, located within a 10-minute walk at the partner hotel, Pytloun Travel Hotel. This hotel really exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a room with a hot tub, which was really nice as we were there for a ski weekend, and it was very much needed after a day on the hills! The room was quite large, and had everything you could possibly want in a hotel stay. From a comfy bed, to bath robes, mugs for coffee and tea, multiple drinking glasses, wine opener...it was very convenient! Though we didn't really make use of it, the TV has hundreds of channels to choose from as well. The location itself is walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in Liberec, as well as multiple grocery stores and a mall across the street. There is an indoor parking lot you can pay extra for as well. As it is built on the top two floors of an office building, it is quiet on weekends which was also nice. It is also quite convenient if you are in Liberec for skiing, as it is only a 10-15 minute drive away from the city. Our favourite aspect of the hotel was the included breakfast. For a hotel breakfast it had a good variety of options, including a station you could make your own waffles. And despite being from a machine, the coffee was actually very good. It is also convenient that they start breakfast at 7am on weekends (I believe it may even be earlier on week days), so we were always able to get a meal in before heading to the ski hill each day. Overall a fantastic stay!

Pytloun Self Check-in Hotel Liberec on the outskirts of Liberec, close to the I-35 expressway and only a 4-minute drive from the city centre.

All rooms come with an LCD satellite TV, free coffee/tea set, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The breakfast was amazing! Also, the staff are very nice and will take care of you, especially Marta and Veronika! They are friendly and really care about your experience while staying at the hotel. Set in Nový Bor, 36 km from University of Applied Sciences Zittau/Goerlitz, Pihel Apartments offers accommodation with a sauna and a hot tub. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 44 km from Ještěd. Super enjoyed our stay at Pihel apartments. The beds are very comfortable, and overall the house is very well equipped. Around the house you're surrounded by a green scenario, and you can hear the cows far away. Definitely recommend this place and hope to come back one day.

Skiing and cycling can be enjoyed nearby, while a bicycle rental service and ski storage space are also available on-site. Firstly - the staff! They were all so nice, helpful, friendly and willing to help if needed. The apartment was spotless on arrival. Loads of space for 2 people, and definitely enough space for more if your party is bigger. Beds were really comfortable too. The sauna and jacuzzi were really nice, the bar was great. Nice selection of drinks and good to relax in. Also for non winter months, this is close to loads of hiking trails which was exactly what I was after!

The place was very nice, clean and the location was in a great area with many activities and restaurants just a short walk away. The apartment itself had everything you'd hope for in a five star hotel! We felt very much at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back.
