I had a problem and the personell helped me with a kind smile. Arrival: free parking at the hotel, no stress. Breakfast: served at the table plus buffet, I asked for a fried egg and had it made for me, for sure not standard for the category. And then attention for details, for example the fridge available for the guests, the big amoung of electric plugs in the room, the ear plugs in the room (I found it quiet and did not need them, nevertheless, they are there).
