I was a little apprehensive because he said the breakfast didn't meet his expectations, but I loved it. The property was at the perfect location where the restaurants were and the church. I was able to relax there too. I highly recommend it.

This flat is very tidy, new, well-equipped and cozy. It is well-located too, 3 min walk distance from tram station, which brings you to the center of the city. A parking space in the closed parking - we really appreciated it. We could charge our electric car at the parking space (there is just an ordinary plug). Easy self-check in and the owner was always available on the phone. Decent WiFi.

Comfortable home,in a quiet area but not far from the city center. We enjoyed the relaxing spaces and the big shower. Petra was an exceptional host: aswered promptly to our requests, joined the beds for us,sent dinner local recommendations. We couldn't use the outside area for the bad weather but It looked so nice. The house Is also super clean,sheets and towels have a good smell🙂 Water, a platter of fruit and coffee/tea are offered by the host. We Will come back ,thank you Petra!

The property owners greeted us on arrival and made the house feel very homely. All the little things were thought about, and our kids loved playing with the children’s toys that were available to them. The house feels like it has been recently renovated. It was the perfect location for us, visiting friends in Laupheim & visiting the city of Ulm. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!

The kitchen is state of the art and has everything for cooking and eating. The bedrooms are clean, have no odour and have duvets suitable for winter. The living room has a TV and a comfortable couch. In the cellar there is an iron and a washing machine. The surrounding is quiet and family friendly.
