Thé Hôtel was in a great location, it was clean, thé staff was great very helpful and concerned of our necessities, very friendly and kind. It features a central courtyard and a charming water fountain. Horse-riding trips and live folkloric music can be enjoyed on the weekends. The personel was very helpful. They have provided me na incredible studio equipped with a king size bed and a hydromassage tube. The garden is large and beautiful. There od also a nice area with a swimming pool, there. The wi-fi is strony and it works seamlesly in the entire object. I was also impressed with the breakfast.

A great location for visiting Otavalo, which outside of the famed market, was rather drab. Some reviewers have complained that the steep hill was difficult to drive up, but my driver made it up with an old car.

I worried that my car, which was dirty, would mess up their garage. The property is super nice, incredibly decorated, and modern. Hot water on demand was a big plus. Kitchen is new and very modern with all of the amenities that we would expect. The area is safe and we enjoyed going on a walk in the morning.

Just across the street, there is a breathtaking view of the lagoon, which adds to the charm of the place. To top it off, the food was absolutely amazing – a true highlight of our experience. Highly recommended!
