Booked last minute, and was pleasantly surprised at the super-friendly staff. We travel with a large dog, so we don't always expect a friendly welcome, but the staff was more than accomodating and even asked if we needed anything for our dog...!!! Nobody has ever asked if we need anything for our dog! I was more than positively surprised! The rooms and the decor are very cool (the hallways need a bit of a touch up here and there). Very clean, very comfortable beds with a wonderful view. A 10 minute walk outside the old town. Would definitely recommend to others, and definitely stay here again.

NH Toulouse Airportはトゥールーズ・ブラニャック空港内に位置し、空港ターミナルに直結しています。フィットネスセンター、レストラン、テラスを提供しています。近くにはエアバスなどの観光スポットがあり、ATR航空機から700m、エアビジネスアカデミーから1.8kmです。 NH Toulouse... 飛行機が大幅の遅延で深夜の到着でしたが、受付は24時間体制でとても助かった。 深夜だったので空港との連絡通路が封鎖されていたらしく、遠回りした。 部屋も綺麗で広く、シャワー室も広かった。 3人での予約だったので、2部屋が中でつながっているタイプにしてくれた。 廊下も広く、近隣の音も気にならなかった。 朝食をつけてなかったけど、当日訪れても入れてくれた。 メニューは充実していて美味しくて、とても満足した。

This hotel is great value, perfectly positioned just on the edge of the old town which means it an easy walk to all the sights of Albi. They serve a fabulous breakfast and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The owner and her husband are lovely people, and both went above and beyond assisting us when our train was cancelled at the last minute. We would definitely stay again.
