The room was pretty, well-furnished, and everything worked perfectly (hot water, heating, etc). Kazbek, a great place to relax and watch the mountains. Parking was easily possible directly in front of the accommodation.

Everything was near to the winter house (Very good restaurants) Everything looked even better than in picture. Very nice and cozy rooms! Hotel staff was brilliant - very, very friendly! With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel has a restaurant and a bar. Certain units at the property include a balcony with a city view. My family and I had a wonderful 3 nights at the Mood Hotel. The hotel owners and staff could not have been kinder to all of us! The rooms are lovely, and ours had a beautiful view of the mountains. Our room had a well-stocked bath with robes. We ate dinner at the hotel each night, as we were tired from hiking each day. The food was terrific and the service was outstanding. The seating area is awesome for sitting and having drinks, also. The only thing lacking is the breakfasts. Fresh bread and fresher fruits and cereals would be helpful. The eggs, though, were good, and so was the coffee. Also, note for Americans and Europeans -- breakfasts are served throughout this area at 9 AM. I definitely would stay at the Mood Hotel again.
