The location is terrific. Beautiful sunset views from our front porch. We sat a bit back from the road but we're so close to the action. Small walking distance to the ferry port, a beach, amazing restaurants and grocery stores. Parking right at the entrance of the room. We had many cat and chicken friends visiting daily. We highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very functional. Large shower. Perfect for a couple.

There are many restaurants and stores around it. From there, you can visit many beaches and enjoy the culinary. The sunset is amazing at Katapola Beach! Thank you!

Overlooking Aegiali’s sandy beach, Hotel Vigla is located in the traditional village of Tholaria. It offers a swimming pool with hot tub and comfortable sun loungers, and a restaurant with views over the sea. The staff set this hotel aside. Part of the reason we always return to the Greek Islands is the hospitality but the staff at Vigla have taken that to the next level. Nothing was ever a problem, everything was done with the utmost professionalism all while maintaining a friendly, family feeling. I would recommend this place to anyone and guarantee it will make your holiday better. Huge thanks to all the staff looking after us. That includes picking us up at the Aegali port , looking after us at breakfast each morning, booking us a hire car at very short notice, right to our 5am transfer to Katapola for the early ferry. (We were even given a take-away breakfast the night before to keep us going.) I can't fault any part of our stay. The food is great, the bar is great, the hotel should be on your list!

We had an amazing stay at Theoreion. Everything was beyond our expectations. The apartment was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view on the Aegiali bay. 
 The thing we appreciated the most was Dimitrios and Ivonne's hospitality. It truly made our visit of the island the highlight of our trip through the Cyclades. They made us feel at home and they shared all their best secrets of the island. We also started our days with a delicious breakfast made of local products. I am travelling a lot and I haven't found a place like this before....From where should I start? The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen is small but it has everything you need...but you know since you are in Greece and the gastronomy is cheap and amazing of course you are eating outside. The balcony is the highlight of this room. We had room service every day!!You are able to see the bay of Aigiali from above and the sunset is just amazing. The relaxing area that the Big Blue provides is very nice and you can also have a jacuzzi experience if you like. Don't forget to buy the local psimeni raki, it is one of the best that I have ever tried! Also the owners are very friendly and helpful, I could have become friends with them...so kind! Bravo and thank you for everything!!

A car rental service is available at the accommodation, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. We loved the house – it’s equipped with everything you need to feel super comfortable. The view is amazing, and best of all are the hosts. Antonis and his family are always ready to help, from giving great recommendations on what to do on the island to sorting out any issue that might come up during your stay. 100% recommended! If we’re lucky enough to come back to Amorgos, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in the same place again.
