One of this hotel's greatest assets is the family that runs it. They are so nice and accommodating and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located behind the harbor and a few minutes' walk from the two nearest beaches. The room was small but nicely decorated and free from disturbing noises. I had access to a shared terrace, where I also felt private, as well as to a shared kitchen. The view is great, and even better from the upper floor.

The room was bigger than expected. It was very affordable and we loved being able to look down on the port. The air con worked well. The decor was simple and clean. When we had a problem with a window shutter it was fixed immediately.

A short walk to the harbour of Lipsi. Quiet environment. A nice large balcony with two large tables in the shade and a view on Lipsi town and surroundings. A family living downstairs manage the rooms. Very helpful and friendly.

Great location opposite a beach -shallow for small children. A short walk from the ferry. The snack bar owned by the hotel served excellent food (best cappucino in Greece) so all very relaxing. We were given a room on the ground floor which was spacious and comfortable.
