They went above and beyond to make the celebration feel personal and special, including decorating my parents' room and surprising them with a cake and a heartfelt card. Throughout our stay, their attentiveness never wavered. They remembered our room numbers, brought us towels right after every swim without us even needing to ask, and always made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. The resort itself is stunning—the beach house offers breathtaking views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The design and layout of the rooms are beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully done, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and celebration. We also really enjoyed the free kayaking, which added a fun and active touch to the trip! My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we left with nothing but positive memories. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful, peaceful, and beautifully curated getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

You can play table tennis and darts at the hotel, and the area is popular for hiking and cycling. A hidden gem away from the tourist areas. Beautifully appointed rooms, with a back to nature feel. The staff are all amazing, helpful and always smiling. The location is just stunning, we wish we were there for longer!!

We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!
