The staff is so friendly and treated us as family, it was so nice to celebrate Deewali here! The place is a small and family owed hotel, the rooms are clean (definitely for Indian standards), comfortable beds, functional and clean bathroom, AC and beautiful decorated! The rooftop is amazing, to chill, see the best view of the fort and the best food (mutton curry is a MUST!). On the day we had our night bus, we could stay all day on the rooftop and chill.

The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

I also really like the accommodation the beds are comfortable and everything is nice and clean. I can highly recommend this place and you will definitely not regret it!
