The place is super pretty, the rooms are clean, there is a nice variety of choices for breakfast (indian vs western), and the greatest highlight was William, he really went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible, we first arrived close to 00:00 and were super hungry and he made us some coffee and bread, he coordinated taxis for us, truly a super recommended place for your stay in Trivandrum.

The building itself was immaculate, reflecting the high standards maintained throughout. A special shout-out to the front desk staff including Prachi who ensured we had a hassle free check-in, whose warm welcome and exceptional service made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, everyone in our group regardless of age had something special to pick from elaborate buffet spread. Additionally, the restaurant staff including Sherpa went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

From the moment you arrive you are greeted with so much warmth and care. The gardens on the property are stunning and the room with it's balcony was beautiful. One of the things I both loved and appreciated about my stay was the careful thoughtful gestures like fresh fruit and additional water refills. At turn down the team surprised me with some selfcare gifts such as hand cream, lip balm and a roll on perfume - I so appreciated it. The restaurants on site are also incredible and the breakfast buffet was insane. I had the best dosa's for breakfast. Such a beautiful stay, I only wish it could have been longer!

Very clean and up to very high standards. All staff were extremely nice and helpful. Very nice garden with swimming pool and spa. Choice of food was excellent.
